Psychologist have conducted research on the "Concept of responsibility".
And they have proved that if one job or task is decided to 10 persons; then efficiency of work is less than a single person is assigned with that task. OR
in other way a person is killed in front of 10 person. they all will consider equally responsible for the report to police. so total responsibility will be divided in ten parts so each person is responsible 1/10th for that murder. Not a single will go and report to the Police.
Compared to one person who is seeing that act. He will consider himself responsible for that act of crime . and he will definitely take the necessary actions.
